EPIC Hearing Test
The EPIC hearing test is a comprehensive hearing test especially geared to new patients. This appointment will allow for review of history, test results, discussion of treatment plan, and in office demo/ testing of recommended treatment (if applicable). The review of test results, treatment planning, and office demo is not billable to insurance and has a cost of $295. Due to length of appointment, we will contact you for any additional information and a $75 deposit in order to hold your appointment time.

Treatment Consultation
A 1 hour appointment with your audiologist to discuss your new treatment plan and possible hearing aid technology. The cost is $210 if you do not have services with us. ** Please note, a current hearing exam must be on file in order to discuss new technology. If you have not had a test, please schedule a hearing exam first.

Hearing Aid Check
A hearing aid check appointment is 30 minutes with the doctor. This is not testing your hearing. The cost is $112 unless you have services with us.

Hearing Evaluation
A hearing evaluation is to evaluate hearing and other related concerns, as well as to determine the need for additional testing and/or treatment. This is not a consultation to discuss specific hearing aid or treatment options. We will contact you to discuss insurance and appointment information. Your appointment is not confirmed until this information is discussed with our office.

Basic Hearing Aid Clean and Check
Basic cleaning of hearing aids. Includes replacing wax traps, domes, retention wires and batteries if needed. Aids will be brushed, suctioned and checked for proper care and ensure they are working appropriately. The cost is $30. This does not include troubleshooting, receiver replacement, or any costs to send in for repair to the manufacturer. This is not an appointment with a doctor and your hearing will not be tested.

Walk In Advanced
This appointment is to troubleshoot why your hearing aid isn't working. It includes a basic cleaning as well as a thorough examination of the hearing device. The cost of this service starts at $40. If additional steps need to be taken such as connnecting to software, contacting manufacturer, assisting with phone connectivity, or sending out for repair, the cost is $70.
