Hearing difficulties? Do you need to have your hearing tested? Reserve time to talk to one of our Doctors and have a full diagnostic workup. We will contact you for your insurance information and to confirm the appointment.

Tinnitus Evaluation (New Patient)

Are noises in your ear(s) bothersome? Reserve time for a full Tinnitus Evaluation. You will discuss the issue with the Doctor, have a full diagnostic tinnitus workup and formulate a treatment plan. *We will contact you for your insurance information and to confirm the appointment.

Wax/Foreign Body Removal

Excessive or impacted wax? Something stuck in your ear canal? Our Doctors can safely clear your ear canals and are trained in all methods of Cerumen Management (wax removal) including Curettage, Suction and Irrigation. If you are a new patient we will contact you for your insurance information.

Hearing Loss Consultation (New Patient)

Questions regarding a hearing problem or hearing devices? Schedule a consultation and talk to one of our Doctors of Audiology. This is an appointment for patients who have never been seen at our practice. No testing will be performed and there is no charge for this appointment. *If you are an existing patient please select another appointment type, or contact us for assistance.

Tinnitus Consultation (New Patient)

Is Tinnitus your primary problem? This is an appointment for patients who have never been seen at our practice. No testing will be performed but you will talk to the Doctor to determine treatment options and next steps. *If you are an existing patient please select another appointment type, or contact us for assistance.

Curbside Service

Schedule to get supplies or have your Hearing Devices cleaned/checked or repaired from the convenience of your car. Taking all appropriate COVID precautions we will perform needed services in a contact-less way. If there will be a charge you will be notified ahead of time. Please note that services will be performed by our Support Staff, not a Doctor of Audiology. Contact us for more information.
