Basic hearing evaluation for checking hearing status. This appt is best for those that need a recheck of hearing acuity for monitoring purposes, for those that are seeking medical treatment, or those that failed a screening and need further evaluation. There will be time to review your results but may not be time to review all treatment options. Full hearing evaluation with consultation regarding the results and possible treatment options.

This is a full hearing evaluation with further testing to assess hearing in different settings such as noise. We will do in depth questionaire regarding your lifestyle along with testing of speech in noise. The cost of the basic hearing test will be submitted to your insurance but additional tests and questionaires will be billed directly to you at a cost of $85.

If you are having a problem with your hearing aids that require an adjustment to settings or consultation with the Audiologist this appointment is appropriate for you. If your hearing aid has simply stopped working or is weak, you may be better served by coming in to our office during business hours to have it evaluated. Appts with the Audiologist may incur a $65 office visit fee if you are out of your service plan.

Wax removal may be completed using any one of these methods depending on what is deemed most appropriate by the Audiologist. Irrigation Suction Currette Cost of this appointment is $115 and will be billed directly to you.
