Clean & Check
A team member will clean, check & repair your hearing instruments, custom earpieces, and/or in-ear monitors, whether purchased at our office or elsewhere. We will send devices to the lab/manufacturer for repair as needed.

Hearing Evaluation (60-75 minutes)
Comprehensive hearing evaluation. We recommend an annual evaluation to monitor your hearing, just as you have an annual eye exam and other medical appointments.
This evaluation includes word recognition in quiet and speech in noise testing.
Our audiologists provide this evaluation for new and existing clients to determine the nature and degree of hearing loss and consult with you for a treatment plan as needed.

CONSULT (For New Patients 30-60 minutes)
This appointment is to meet our team, see the office, and answer your questions regarding our hearing services and the latest hearing aid technology—there is no charge for this appointment. During the consult, if you decide to add a hearing evaluation, clean and check of hearing devices, or other hearing services, we will set up another appointment to allow for more time.

Custom Earplugs & Monitors (30 minutes)
Appointment with an audiologist for custom earpieces - musician earplugs, in-ear monitors, recreational hearing protection, and all other custom-made earpieces. This appointment will likely include ear impressions.

Ear Cleaning (30 minutes)
Get your ears checked & cleaned!
We start with an office visit, you and the audiologist will view your ear canals (using video otoscopy); we then proceed to ear cleaning of one or both ears, as needed.

Ear Impressions (30 minutes)
Let us know what you need, or happy to discuss options with you first. Our audiologists will take impressions of your ears to send to the lab of your choice for in-ear monitors, sleep plugs, custom headphone sleeves, recreational sports plugs, and all other custom-fit earpieces.

Fit & Program: Hearing Devices (60-75 minutes)
This appointment is for your first fitting, during which we program new hearing devices. If you purchased your hearing instruments elsewhere, you may want to start with a Consultation or Comprehensive Hearing Evaluation prior to us (re)programming existing hearing technology. Our audiologists work with all brands of hearing instruments, including Oticon, Lyric Hearing, Phonak, Resound, Signia, Starkey, and Widex.

Follow-Up to Hearing Instrument Fitting Appt
Appointment with your audiologist after a new hearing aid fitting. Time to review settings and features and make adjustments as needed.

Hearing Screening (6+ years old)
Hearing screening for school screenings or job requirements. Basic hearing test.

Office Visit: GENERAL (15-20 minutes)
This is a 15-20-minute office visit for a care and maintenance review, clean & check, or repair pick-up. For both new and existing patients. There is no charge if your devices are still under a service warranty plan.

15-minute appointment for current clients to be fit with new custom hearing protection, including in-ear monitors. Instruction will be provided for new hearing protection and IEMs.
