No matter where you purchased, we will clean, check & repair your hearing devices, custom earpieces, and/or in-ear monitors. As needed, devices are sent to the lab/manufacturer for repair.

Comprehensive Hearing Evaluation (Annual or Baseline) (60-75 minutes)
Available to both new and existing patients. We recommend an annual hearing evaluation, just as you would with yearly eye exams and dental check-ups.
Our audiologists will assess if hearing loss is present, and if so, review the nature and degree, and consult with you to develop a personalized treatment plan. This appointment includes ear cleaning, as needed.

CONSULT (For New Patients 45 minutes)
Meet with an audiologist and have your questions answered about our hearing services—this appointment is complimentary. Following the consultation, if you decide you'd like a hearing evaluation, tinnitus assessment, ear cleaning, or another hearing service, we will schedule an additional appointment for you.

Ear Cleaning (30 minutes)
Get your ears checked & cleaned!
We start with an office visit, where you and the audiologist will view your ear canals (using video otoscopy); we then proceed to ear cleaning of one or both ears, as needed. Office visit $85. If cleaning is needed, the total will be $210.

FIT & PROGRAM: Hearing Devices (60-75 minutes)
First fitting appointment for programming new devices, which includes real-ear measurement. If you purchased your hearing instruments elsewhere, you may want to start with a CONSULT or Comprehensive Hearing Evaluation before we reprogram existing hearing technology. Our audiologists work with all brands of hearing instruments, including Oticon, Lyric Hearing, Phonak, Resound, Signia, Starkey, and Widex.

FOLLOW-UP to Hearing Instrument Fitting Appt
Appointment with your audiologist after a new hearing aid fitting. Time to review settings, features, re-run real-ear measurements, and make adjustments as needed.

Hearing screening for school screenings or job requirements. Basic hearing test.

PICK UP/Fitting Appointment for Custom Hearing Protection (filtered earplugs, IEMs)
15-minute appointment for current clients to be fit with new custom hearing protection, including in-ear monitors. Instruction will be provided for new hearing protection and IEMs.

Assessment includes a comprehensive hearing evaluation, determination of candidacy for tinnitus treatment, review of available tinnitus treatment options, and development of a personalized treatment plan tailored to each individual's needs. Includes ear cleaning, as needed.
