Hearing Test ONLY

Choose this options if you are interested in ONLY a hearing test. This options does not allow enough time for hearing aid consultation or hearing aid check.

Hearing Test & Hearing Aid Consultation

A comprehensive audiologic evaluation will be performed, if hearing loss is present, a hearing aid consultation will follow. During the hearing aid consultation we will take into account your case history, hearing loss, and life style to come up with a personalized recommendation for hearing aid technology.

120 minutes

Hearing Test & Hearing Aid Clean and Check

A comprehensive audiologic evaluation will be performed, followed by a hearing aid clean and check.

60 minutes

Earwax (Cerumen) Removal

I believe I have earwax blocking my ears and would like it removed. *No earwax found the fee will be $30.00 *Cerumen removal fee will be $50 - $75 ($30 fee will NOT be charged in addition) **Insurance does not cover cerumen removal performed by Audiologists.

Hearing Aid Clean and Check

CURRENT PATIENTS ONLY. Routine hearing aid clean and check for current patients.

Hearing Aid Consultation

Hearing aid consultation IF we have already performed a hearing test (less than 6 months ago) as this appointment will not include a hearing test.
