Established Patient Annual Hearing Update
This visit is to check for changes in the ears and make sure the hearing aids are working as well as possible. We deep clean and Redux dry the hearing aids while the hearing is screened for changes.
This is included once per year for patients on an HHCS Care Plan.

Our Audiology Assistant to deep clean your hearing aids and make sure that they are working properly.

Ear Wax Removal
Ear wax removal by a Doctor of Audiology. Using our otoscopy system, you will be able to see the ear canal before and after the cleaning!

New Patient Comprehensive Hearing Evaluation
A full evaluation visit includes a hearing evaluation and a functional communication assessment, tinnitus assessment, tympanometry, and/or plan of care development based on needs.
This visit is for when you want a full assessment of how your ears are working and to make a plan of care. This can be for new or established patients.

New patient consultation - A chance to meet your new audiologist, talk about your hearing goals, and discuss how we can help. This is a good way to get a sense of what time and costs may be involved in your testing and care. If you have had a hearing test, hearing devices, or any other relevant information in the past, please bring it with you!

Ear Impressions
Impressions of the ears for hearing aids, in-ear-monitors, hearing protection, etc. We do work with Ultimate Ears and Westone.

New Patient Second Opinion Clinic
Our Second Opinion clinic is a chance to meet with an audiologist and assess how your current hearing loss management is working. Are these hearing aids still working? Are they right for me? Have they been set up properly?
Our AuDs can measure and assess the function of your devices and often address repairs an maintenance issues, run Real Ear Measures to compare function to your prescription, review how to get the most out of your hearing aids, and more.
Please bring your most recent hearing test results, devices, and any helpful information to your visit.

New Patient Video Consultation
New patient Virtual consultation - We typically meet through a simple easy-to-use video portal. This is a chance to meet your new audiologist, talk about your hearing goals, and discuss how we can help. This is a good way to get a sense of what time and costs may be involved in your testing and care. If you have had a hearing test, hearing devices, or any other relevant information in the past, please email or send copies ahead of our visit if possible.
You will receive a link for a video conference by email, which can be accessed on any device with a camera and microphone. If you are not comfortable with video, please let us know and we can visit by phone call instead.

Dropping off hearing aids
These visits will be conducted curbside or no contact. Hearing aids or other equipment can be dropped off for cleaning or repair. We will call to notify you when they are ready to be picked up.

A hearing evaluation and assessment of suitability for Jabra Enhance devices, as well as an optional coaching session to get the devices paired, set up, and customized.
