Earwax Removal ($65 - $175)
Wax removal via irrigation or curettage. Visit also includes tympanometry to ensure healthy middle ear function. The cost of this visit is $65 - $125 depending on the duration of the visit and type of removal required. Please note that wax removal is NOT covered by Medicare and payment is due at the time of service.

Ear Mold Impressions ($100+)
We will take molds of your ears for the purpose of ordering custom ear molds for hearing aids, noise protection, water protection, or communications. The fee for the visit is $100 plus the cost of the devices, which range in price depending on the type. If ear wax is present in the ear canals, this must be removed prior to taking impressions and there will be an additional $65 - $125 charge for this service.

Basic Hearing Exam (up to $125)
This is a very basic hearing test, appropriate for children and adults. If you are having hearing difficulty and considering hearing aids, you will need to schedule a Functional Hearing Assessment (see below). Please note that we are a self-pay clinic only and payment is due at the time of service.

Functional Hearing Assessment ($125 - $250)
This visit includes a complete audiological evaluation, communication needs questionnaires, a thorough discussion of treatment options, and a technology demonstration. Please note that we are a self-pay clinic only and payment is due at the time of service.

Tinnitus Evaluation ($165 - $250)
This includes a full audiologic evaluation as well as additional testing and questionnaires to better understand the tinnitus, and a demonstration of tinnitus masking devices. Please note that we are a self-pay clinic only and payment is due at the time of service.

Bluetooth Support ($45 - $95)
This is a 15-minute appointment to address Bluetooth connectivity issues between your hearing aids and your mobile phone. There is a $45 charge for this appointment if your hearing aids are not covered under our service plan.

Hearing Aid Follow-Up (included with hearing aid service plan)
This is a follow-up appointment for patients who have new hearing aids from our clinic. There is no charge for this appointment if the hearing aids are still covered under our service plan. If you are not covered under a service plan, the price for this visit is $90 - $190 depending on the amount of time spent and the services rendered.

Hearing Aid Check or Repair ($90+ / $0 if under active service plan)
If your hearing aids are covered under a service warranty in our clinic, there is no charge for this appointment. If they are not under service warranty, the charge is a minimum of $90 for the office visit as well as any manufacturer charges for replacement parts or out-of-warranty repairs.

Transfer of Service ($600)
This appointment is for NEW patients who purchased or received their hearing aids elsewhere, but want to transfer their service to our clinic. The appointment includes cleaning the devices, replacing any defective parts, running an electroacoustic analysis on the devices, and programming the devices or verifying the current programming via Real Ear Measurements. The $600 fee also includes 2 follow-up visits for fine-tuning within 60 days of the initial visit.
