This appt is ONLY for established hearing aid users who have been contacted and informed that their custom earmold is ready for pick up

Schedule this appointment if you have had a hearing test completed by an audiologist within the past 6 months and would like to discuss hearing aid options with an audiologist. Patients who have never been to OSU Speech Language Clinic before can schedule this appointment. After scheduling, you will receive and email with paperwork to complete. If you have not had a hearing test within the past 6 months, please call or email to schedule a hearing test.

For current hearing aid users who are having a problem with their hearing aid (such as it is weak or not working) and have had their hearing tested within the past year.
