Choose this appointment for routine hearing evaluations. A charge may apply depending on your insurance and service plan.

45 minutes

Hearing Evaluation Only

Choose this option if you are a new patient and do not wish to discuss hearing aid options and pricing. You only wish to have your hearing evaluated. Charges may apply depending on your insurance plan.

60 minutes

Hearing Evaluation and Hearing Aid Evaluation

Choose this option if you are a new patient and would like to have your hearing evaluated and to discuss hearing aid options and pricing. A charge may apply depending on your insurance plan.

75 minutes

Earmold impression

Choose this option if you just need to have impressions taken of one or both of your ears. These impressions can be sent home with you at the time of your appointment so you may ship them off to another manufacturer to have custom molds made. There is a charge of $40 per ear for the impressions.

Hearing Aid Check

Choose this option if you are having problems with your hearing aid. We will clean your hearing aid and diagnose any problems. Charges may apply depending on your service plan.

Hearing Aid Evaluation

Choose this option if you have had a recent hearing evaluation and would like to discuss hearing aid options and pricing. Your hearing evaluation must have been completed in the past 6 months in order to be valid. Charges may apply depending on your insurance plan.
