Appointment for patients who have been fitted and need a follow-up appointment after their fitting

Hearing Test/Evaluation and Hearing Aid Discussion/Evaluation
A complete hearing test/evaluation will be completed and recommendation of hearing aids will be discussed. If you already have hearing aids and would like your current aid adjusted, this will be completed here.

Hearing Aid Check
Currently have hearing aids from HHH or another clinic and need adjusting or checked.
30 minutes
Hearing Aid Evaluation
Only for patients that already have a hearing test but want to discuss purchasing hearing aids. Will need to bring hearing test in or let clinic knows we need to request from other clinic.
30 minutes
Hearing Aid Fitting
Purchased hearing aids from HHH and need to be fit with hearing aids.
60 minutes
Impressions for Earmolds
Impressions for earmolds, hearing protection, sleep plugs, musician plugs, etc.
15 minutes
Telehealth/Virtual Appointment
An appointment completed by Zoom, Facetime or Phone Consult. This could be to discuss hearing issues, hearing aids, or questions you may have.
