Your visit will begin with a comprehensive hearing test and an evaluation of your current hearing aid settings, if your devices are able to connect with our software. Please note that some manufacturers restrict access to programming, which may limit our ability to make adjustments. Hearing tests are billed between $65–$100, depending on the specific testing required. We will bill your in-network insurance, and you will be responsible for any portion not covered by your plan. If your hearing aids require programming adjustments, a $50 adjustment fee will apply. Please bring a valid photo ID and your insurance card to your appointment. During this visit, we will: Perform an updated hearing test (typically recommended every three years, unless underlying medical conditions require more frequent testing) Evaluate the performance and condition of your hearing aids Reprogram your hearing aids if changes in your hearing are identified For rechargeable hearing aids, we typically send the devices to the manufacturer to have the batteries replaced to help ensure optimal performance and longevity. Loaner hearing aids can be provided during this time, if desired. Repair & Service Fees: $35 to send hearing aids out for repair if they were purchased from our practice $65 to send hearing aids out for repair if they were purchased elsewhere This proactive visit helps protect your investment and supports your long-term hearing health.

Hearing Aid Clean & Check This appointment includes a thorough cleaning and inspection of your hearing aids and ears to ensure optimal performance. Our services include replacing filters, domes, and wax traps; cleaning microphones; and placing your hearing aids in our commercial electronic drying system (Redux) to help reduce moisture-related issues. Programming adjustments will be made if needed. Please allow 30 minutes for this appointment. If you do not have a service plan, there is a $50 fee for this visit. If your hearing aids were purchased elsewhere, the fee is $65. We look forward to helping keep your hearing aids working their best.

Do you feel like something is blocking your ear canal? During this appointment, we will carefully inspect your ear canal and remove ear wax using the most appropriate method based on the consistency of the wax and your comfort level. Removal techniques may include curette, irrigation (Earigator), or suction. Ear wax removal is $25 per ear. In the rare event that wax removal requires more than the scheduled 30 minutes, an additional office visit fee of $50 may apply. Our goal is to safely and comfortably restore clear hearing.
