This is a hearing test to determine type and degree of hearing loss. A thorough explanation of results will follow, but treatment options are NOT covered during this appointment. If you'd like to have your hearing tested as well as have a hearing aid consultation, please schedule the 90-minute appointment.

Earwax Removal

Concerned you have a wax impaction? We have options for removal, and you'll be able to see the whole process with our video otoscope! If we find that there is not a wax impaction, there will be a video otoscopy fee, or we can use your scheduled time to complete a baseline hearing exam.

Ear Impression

Need a custom mold made for hearing protection, musician's monitors, or swimplugs? We can take care of that for you! **Please note** We do not make impressions for 64Audio.

20 minutes

Hearing Aid Follow-Up (Cleaning, Repair, Re-Programming)

Like any electronic device in constant use, some maintenance and repair are unavoidable. We offer on-site repairs for many issues that may arise. We can also work with your specific manufacturer to arrange factory repairs when needed. If you just need adjustments to your devices, we can accomplish that during this appointment as well.

Hearing Aid Fitting (New Instruments)

Your new devices have arrived! Congratulations on this first step to improving communication through better hearing! We look forward to seeing you.

Virtual/Telehealth Visit

Don't have the time to come into the office for an adjustment, but would like some minor tweaking? Virtual appointments are convenient for both of us!
