Ear mold impressions only. Now offering DIGITAL scans as well as traditional silicone ear molds. For use with hearing aids, swimming, music, noise protection, ext. Ear mold impressions $50 per ear plus cost of ear molds per ear $125+ (varies depending on type).

New Patient Hearing Test
Are you noticing any changes in your hearing? A diagnostic, comprehensive hearing test to determine function of outer, middle and inner ear system will be performed. Parkside Audiology works with most insurance companies. If we are out of network with your insurance, we will bill as a courtesy and full payment is due at time of service.

Tinnitus Consultation
Tinnitus (ringing in ears) consultation includes a comprehensive hearing test, tinnitus evaluation and management plan. We have partnered with the OTO tinnitus Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Program. Cost of OTO is $650.00 a customized 12 week program with access for 12 months.

This appointment is for those requiring a hearing evaluation for work or military purposes. Please use this appointment type ONLY if you have pre approval from your employer (Example: Florida Department of Law Enforcement).
