Comprehensive hearing evaluation to include speech-in-noise testing and a communication needs assessment. There are several parts of this appointment that are not covered by insurance companies. At minimum there will be a $200 fee for the appointment. Our Patient Care Coordinator will contact you in the next 24 business hours to gather your insurance information. We will then conduct a benefits check to determine any other out-of-pocket costs.

This appointment includes a thorough cleaning of your devices. This appointment DOES NOT include adjustments. If you do not have a service plan with this clinic, then this visit will be $60.

You MUST have a hearing evaluation completed within the last 6 months for this appointment. Our audiologist will review the test and determine if anything needs to be repeated or added. Depending on your insurance some of this appointment may be covered. Should there be no insurance coverage, there would be a maximum of $225 due at the time of the appointment. This does not include any repeated or additional testing that may need to be completed. Our Patient Care Coordinator will contact you to gather your insurance information and perform a benefits check.

This appointment is for a new patient to this clinic, but you already wear hearing aids. During this appointment there will be time to not only clean the devices but also verify, and address any programming or physical concerns you have with the devices. There will be a minimum charge of $335. Please bring your previous hearing evaluation with you to this visit. If you only need a cleaning, please schedule a "Device Clean & Check"

You MUST be a current patient of the clinics for this appointment. This appointment includes a cleaning and adjustments, as needed. If you do not have a service plan this appointment will range from $135 to $335 depending on services requested.

Wax removal is an out-of-pocket cost. There will be a maximum of $100 due at the time of the appointment. This charge is adjusted depending on the complexity of the case.
