Basic comprehensive hearing test
Schedule this type of appointment if you are needing your hearing evaluated because you are concerned there may be hearing loss, have a sudden hearing loss, or just want a baseline hearing test. If you know you have hearing loss and want to discuss your amplification options, please select the Audio/HAE appointment type.

Hearing evaluation and hearing aid check
This type of appointment is for when you need Dr. Casey to testing your hearing and also look at a hearing aid that may not be functional, may need a volume adjustment, you have questions regarding your hearing aids, and/or if they need cleaning.

Hearing evaluation and hearing aid consultation
This type of appointment is for when you are wanting a hearing evaluation plus a hearing aid consultation on the different amplification options.

Wax removal
Schedule this appointment if you need wax removed from one or both of your ears. Please note, this service is not covered by insurance typically, so charges will be the patient's financial responsibility.

Hearing aid check
This type of appointment is for when you need Dr. Casey to look at a hearing aid that may not be functional, may need a volume adjustment, you have questions regarding your hearing aids, and/or if they need cleaning.

This type of appointment is for a hearing evaluation for a pediatric patient who is 21 years old and younger.

This type of appointment is when you need a comprehensive hearing evaluation and are needing a tinnitus assessment (aka want an evaluation regarding your ringing, buzzing, chirping sounds you hear).

Walk-in: need batteries, wax guards, domes or simple hearing aid cleaning
You can schedule an appointment if you are just needing to pick up extra batteries, wax guards, domes or need your hearing aid cleaned.
