This appointment is for individuals that only need professional ear wax removal. A 30 minute appointment is $100 and includes video otoscopy so you can also look inside your ears.
Please note, this service is not covered by insurance typically, so charges will be the patient's financial responsibility.

Current Patient Annual Testing
Yearly appointment for current hearing aid users. Appointment will include some or all of the following: hearing test, otoscopy, cerumen removal, hearing aid cleaning/maintenance, hearing aid reprogramming, real-ear verification, bluetooth device pairing, repair processing and loaner set up.

Current Patient New Hearing Aid Evaluation
Current patients who are interested in a new hearing aids. Appointment will include all or some of the following services: comprehensive hearing evaluation, speech in noise testing, review of test results, a communication needs assessment, and receive a formal recommendation with pricing. Insurance verification will be performed if member ID provided ahead of time.

Diagnostic Medical Testing
Full comprehensive hearing evaluation for those experiencing a medical issue such as reoccurring ear infections. If you are receiving treatment from a Primary Care Physician or Ear Nose and Throat physician, please have them fax a referral to 817-380-3256. Insurance will most likely cover this appointment if Elite Audiology is in network and has a referral on file.

Earmold Impressions (in-ear monitors, custom earplugs, etc.)
This appointment is for individuals needing earmold impressions for in-ear monitors, swim plugs, custom headphones, custom earplugs, etc. 30 minute visit for highly skilled outer ear impressions which includes otoscopy, earwax removal (if necessary to get an excellent impression), and one or two impressions. Custom product prices vary depending on style and model.

Are you having some trouble with your hearing aids? We’ll take a look at everything and determine what is required to ensure you’re back in business! No charge for appointment if you have a service plan with us. Without a service plan the price varies depending on services required.

New Patient Establish Care with Hearing Aid Check
For patients needing ongoing care of their devices that are adopting us as their new audiologist. Additional time is allotted to get to know you, perform audiometric testing, save intake hearing aid settings, enter in demographic hearing aid information, and determine need for care and maintenance. Includes visual inspection of the ears and any wax removal, hearing aid cleaning and dehumidifying, disposable parts changes, warranty checks, listening checks, basic programming adjustments, and firmware updates. This appointment has an estimated cost of $200 and some insurances may cover this cost.
There is an additional charge for electroacoustic analysis of devices, custom products, out-of-office repairs, or hearing aid parts are required that are out-of-warranty.

New Patient Hearing Aid Consult
Patients who are interested in a hearing evaluation, to discuss candidacy for hearing aids and pricing. Appointment will include all or some of the following services: Intake questionnaires, cognitive screening, comprehensive hearing evaluation, speech in noise testing, review of test results, a communication needs assessment, and receive a formal recommendation with pricing. Insurance verification will be performed if member ID provided ahead of time.

Tinnitus Evaluation
This appointment is for individuals with chronic tinnitus- ringing, buzzing, humming, etc., in the ears/brain. There is hope! During this appointment we will complete a diagnostic hearing exam and additional tinnitus measurements (as needed). Diagnostics costs will vary based on insurance type.
